If you receive a product with quality defects, damage, or shortage, and require an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item via our customer service email at kahiyuho@gmail.com. Please provide a detailed explanation along with accompanying photos of the product. We will promptly assist you with the process.
2. In accordance with consumer protection laws, food products sold on our website meet the product attributes or potential attributes such as perishables, short storage period or expiry when the contract is terminated. Except for manufacturing defects or issues with raw materials, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
3. If you have any concerns about the received product, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service email provided below. If a return or exchange is required, please ensure that the original packaging of the product remains intact, and we will fully guarantee consumer rights.
