☕ABOUT the Mierisch Family
A Nicaraguan coffee producer since 1908, with farms in the mountains of Matagalpa and Jinotega. Fincas Mierisch comprises 9 coffee farms in Nicaragua, and 3 coffee farms in Honduras. In Nicaragua, the farms are located in the Matagalpa and Jinotega departments.The private auction “Los Favorites” was born in 2013 as an initiative to show the world the exquisiteness and allure of the coffees produced by Fincas Mierisch in Nicaragua.
