●Oolong Loose Leaf 75g
Ingredients: Taiwan high mountain Oolong tea leaves, hand-plucked

Light roasting oolong / hot brewing: obvious brown sugar sweet and rice-like roast flavor, thick and round taste, long aftertaste, with a slightly nutty tone.
Loose leaf / hot brewing guide:
The leaf-water ratio is 1:25. Water temperature 98-100 degrees Celsius. Brewing time: 1st brew for 1 minute 30 seconds; 2nd brew for 30 seconds; 3rd brew for 45 seconds; 4th brew for 60 seconds. You can make adjustment as you like.



Light roasting oolong / cold brewing: bread-baking flavor, with sugar-like sweetness, slightly white flowers and green fruit tone.
Loose leaf / cold brewing guide:
The leaf-water ratio is 1:100. Water temperature: room-temperature. Put the leaves in water at room temperature for 50~60 minutes until the leaves wholly stretch. Then put the kettle in the refrigerator for 14-15 hours. Refrigerate the leaves before you enjoy the tea.
