🍵Description of hot brewing:

Incense-like note akin to orange jasmine and lightly herb aroma.Rich and savory sweet mouthfeel,having a hint of sugar sweetness.Tiny white flowers with hint of guava skin aftertaste.

⏳Hot Brewing Guide:

The leaf-water ratio is 1:20.

Water temperature 98-100 degrees Celsius.

Brewing time: 1st brew for 1 minute 30 seconds; 2nd brew for 30 seconds; 3rd brew for 45 seconds; 4th brew for 60 seconds.

You can make adjustment 10-15 seconds more or less as you like.

⏳Cold Brewing Guide:

The leaf-water ratio is 1:100. Water temperature: room-temperature.

Put the leaves in water at room temperature for 0.5-2 hours until the leaves wholly stretch.

Then put the kettle in the refrigerator for 12-16 hours. Refrigerate the leaves before you enjoy the tea.
