Obvious sweetness of cane sugar and roasted seaweed-like aroma, slightly elegant white floral in the mouth, clean and thick mouthfeel, with roasted nuts and slightly floral notes at the end.
hot brewing guide:
The leaf-water ratio is 1:25. Water temperature 98-100 degrees Celsius. Brewing time: 1st brew for 1 minute 15 seconds; 2nd brew for 25 seconds; 3rd brew for 35 seconds; 4th brew for 45 seconds. You can make adjustment 10~15 seconds more or less as you like.
Description of cold brewing:
Elegant white flower aroma, with a gentle roasted seaweed-like tone in the mouth, with mellow mouthfeel, sugarcane-like sweetness, with roasted nuts and green-fruits-like notes at the end.
cold brewing guide:
The leaf-water ratio is 1:100. Water temperature: room-temperature. Put the leaves in water at room temperature for 1~1.5 hours until the leaves wholly stretch. Then put the kettle in the refrigerator for 12-16 hours. Refrigerate the leaves before you enjoy the tea.
