Blind assessment：

Evaluated as espresso. Deep-toned, sweetly tart. Black cherry, dark chocolate, marjoram, pink grapefruit, hazelnut in aroma and small cup.

Creamy-smooth mouthfeel; chocolaty, tart-leaning finish. In cappuccino format, richly sweet, brightly tart, deeply chocolaty.

The bottom line：

This single-origin Guatemala Bourbon espresso is laden with dark red fruit notes, distinct, dark chocolate, sweet herbs and rich nuts — especially harmonious in cappuccino format.

Description: Orange zest, dark chocolate, caramel in aroma；the cupping notes are orange zest, dark chocolate, caramel, butter and lightly dark berry；the finish consolidates to orange zest, dark chocolate and butterscotch.
