🧷About Oe’otx Coffee Farm
Located at 1200 meters above the sea in Alishan of Chiayi County, the 3.6-ha Oe'otx Coffee Farm used to be a lily farm. After the infamous Typhoon Morakot and the subsequent August 8 Flood in 2009, owners Voyu Tiakiana and Tanivu Kautuana transformed their destroyed farm into a coffee farm the grows Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra. Recently, they started growing SL34 and Gesha as well.
Tanivu Kautuana said at first she and her husband only aspired to open a coffee shop, but soon realized growing and processing their own coffee would best reduce the costs of their products. of coffee.
