CR93-Black-Meow Blend

Blind Assessment:

Evaluated as espresso. Bittersweet, gently roast-toned, chocolaty. Chocolate fudge, roasted hazelnut, green apple, molasses, singed cedar in aroma and small cup. Silky-smooth mouthfeel; crisp, richly drying finish. Reads like a classic Italian espresso in three parts milk, bitter and sweet in equal parts, balanced and harmonious with a hint of roast throughout.


This coffee tied for the highest rating in a tasting of “classic” espresso blends from Taiwanese roasters for Coffee Review’s June 2019 report. A blend comprised of wash-processed coffees from Tolima, Colombia, Acatenango, Guatemala, and Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The Bottom Line: Suggests traditional Italian-style espresso, bittersweet and accessible, with especially pretty chocolate notes.

Pisces Blend

This coffee can be a dark-coffee, and Latte-coffee. When we cupping, we found roasted pecan, cocoa in aroma and cup. Lightly acidity, and lively mouthful.
Our customer told us, 
1. Dark coffee: Clean, good body, and a little acidity make the sweet aftertaste.
2. Latte-coffee: Pistachio style, milk can't steal the coffee's spotlight.
In milk, richly note of pistachio

Flavor:Deeply cream, cocoa, hazelnut; chocolate, roasted almond in cup; full brownsugar-toned sweetness finish.

in milk, chocolate-toned in structure with brownsugar-toned sweetness and aromaic grapefruit.

Guatemala Washed Finca La Cabana PACHE

Flavor:Richly nut in aroma, walnut, roasted hazelnut, chocolate, maple sugar, good to with milk.
Roast Level:Medium_Dark
In milk, maplesugar sweetness, nut-toned.
